KILLERWARE PC manufactures and sells high-performance desktop and notebook computer systems. We offer our customers the knowledge & ability to customize their system to fit (or exceed) their needs. Our company caters to customers looking for an alternative to mass-produced retail store computer systems or over-priced “specialty” PCs.

KILLERWARE PC serves customers who have outgrown retail store computer systems. Our customers have discovered that their needs can’t be satisfied by a mass-produced “one fits all” computer system. They want the flexibility to choose what goes in their system, not more or less. Other online retailers offer limited options and at a high premium price. Our systems are built using only the highest quality components from top computer manufacturers. Every component is thoroughly inspected & tested before installing. Each system is individually tuned to optimize power and performance without compromising the integrity of the system. After being assembled and tuned, every system must pass a comprehensive 48 hour stability test before shipping.
Your KILLERWARE PC is built to order by your specifications. You choose what you want, and we’ll build it, test it and ship it. In many cases, our computer systems ship the same week they were ordered. And because we build to order, we have no overstock or shelved out-dated products. All our components are new, and come directly from the factory.
Functionality Installed
Straight out of the box, your KILLERWARE PC system is ready to work for you. All our systems come standard with our complete software package which includes OpenOffice 2.0 Business Suite, Antivirus and Spyware Protection. Every program is a full version, and always includes software discs and licenses. We never install any demo or trial software.

KILLERWARE Limited Product Warranty
KILLERWARE branded hardware products come with the option for a 1-year, 2-year or 3-year limited product warranty. To determine which warranty you purchased, please review your packing slip or invoice.
KILLERWARE warrants to the original purchaser that any KILLERWARE branded product will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the applicable limited warranty period set forth in your packing slip or invoice, which is measured from the date of shipment. Importantly, this limited product warranty does not cover:
- Non-KILLERWARE branded hardware products and accessories e.g., monitors, speakers, and most accessories.
- Software, including the operating system and any third party software.
- Product that has been damaged by actions that are beyond KILLERWARE's control, including for example, impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster, war, strike, lockout, epidemic, destruction of production facilities, riot, insurrection or material unavailability.
- Product that has been damaged through misuse, abuse or mishandling, including without limitation the unauthorized modification of the system as a whole or any individual component, and/or the attachment of peripheral devices.
During your applicable limited product warranty period, if a covered product is proven to be defective in workmanship or materials, KILLERWARE will, at its option: (1) replace or repair the defective component; or (2) replace the product with a comparable product. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or product, and warranted for the remainder of the warranty period. Replacement products may be refurbished, and are warranted for the remainder of the applicable limited warranty period. Any additional purchases or upgrades will not extend this limited product warranty.
30 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of the products that we sell and, as a direct result, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all KILLERWARE computers, notebooks, monitors, printers and computer accessories. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns must be pre-approved by KILLERWARE and will be assessed to a 15% re-stocking fee. Any customer wishing to return an item after purchase must do so within 30 days of receipt. To return merchandise, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization number. Please email rma@killerwarepc.com and provided the invoice number, item description, and serial number(s) of the merchandise you wish to return. You must ship the merchandise within five (5) days of receiving your RMA number. Shipping, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition. You must also return the merchandise to KILLERWARE in its original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. |
